Please note that we do not accept the below Refunds/Exchange reasons :
- Due to incorrect designs/colour/sets chosen during orders.
- Colour differences due to photo lighting.
- Change of decision of not intending to purchase the item anymore.
- Items bought during Sale period or On Sale items.
- Items bought with Redemption code.

Returns
You may request for an exchange/returns within 7 days from the date you received it if the item is wrong item delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
If items are found as faulty upon arrival, please contact and inform us through email ([email protected]) or whatsapp (01116937798) within 24 hours, and we will response to you within 1-2 working days.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of your purchase.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
